The effectiveness of newly reconstructed personas...self shifts... may be tested on two stages...the "real world" and the World Wide Web (via social media). As Shakespeare said..."All the world's a stage". In the 21st century this is actually the case.
One result of this self shifting, whether as a result of intentional Cinemorphic reality handling or accidentally through the obsessive use of social media, is the falling away of the ordinary psychological process of identification with a particular persona...inventory of "this is me". What replaces it is what I am calling "Meta-identity"...i.e. identifying with and embracing the process of ever changing "selves" rather than identifying with just one "me".
